JEA Custom started in 2013 as a premium gun leather maker and has expanded to include a wide variety of leather products. In 2015, the JEA brand family expanded to hand crafted home products and epoxied tumblers with JEA Home and a small farm. In 2017, JEA Custom grew yet again, distributing Shooters World Powders locally in East TX and the Houston area. James Amberg- President and Maker
James is a Naval Academy graduate and veteran Marine Corps officer.
When he's not completing leather orders, he can usually be found shooting IDPA, USPSA, and GSSF matches.
JoEllen Amberg- Managing Director
JoEllen leverages her background in brand management and sales to grow product lines, rationalize retail offerings, and keep James motivated.
James is a Naval Academy graduate and veteran Marine Corps officer.
